Fallen

I was suppose to be tough,
no rain has melted my heart,
not even the burning heat
made me undress my thoughts,
`till there was you...
you made my heart liquify
that even I couldn`t take hold of it,
you penetrated my thoughts
and uncovered my mind,
that I discovered what`s inside me.

I was suppose to be isolated,
no song had made me sing,
no rythm had made me dance,
`till there was you...
you`re the song that I sing,
the voice I once lost,
you`re the rythm that lead my feet,
and made me dance with abandon,
now I couldn`t believe what a singer I am,
and what a dancer I become.

I was not suppose to be a poet,
no ode has came out of me,
no one had made me speak in rhymes,
`till there was you...
you`re the lines in my head,
that my being overflows with endless verse,
you`re the very soul,
the very heart of this,
for your mere presence is poetry to me.
